Telkom- disgrace

The worst service!!! They have been deducting money from my account and when I ask about it they say they cannot see it on their system so WHERE IS THE MONEY. I have reported them on the ***** line and they still do not do anything to rectify the issue. They ***** money. DO NOT EVER USE TELKOM.
