Telkom disctriminating and forcing me to buy an expensive contract that what is installed at my home!

Good day, B*** Telkom is sending us back to Apartheid era where customers were profiled with Areas which also meant race or degree of poverty. I am denied a 20/10 mbs fibre contract and forced to take a 40/20 very expensive option .

This is despite that this service of 20/10 is available in my area and I am currently using it under 30 day free trial period offered via Openserve. Telkom is denying that the service is available on my area despite me proving it does, just because they want me to buy an expensive contract. See attached proof of the availability of the service and the type of fibre connection already installed and working on my address.

I have spoken to Devashan , Renessa and they escalated the issue to their Manager Gerald.
