Telkom, **************, slander judged by sound of my voice.

Received call now from *** consultant indicating from Telkom requesting to speak to myself. I confirmed this, only to be insulted due to a famine voice that she needs to speak to the account holder. Requested her not to insult me a second time and indicated what details can I provide to verify, too which she once again proceeded to slander me. This is ************** and slander and unacceptable. I require immediate action!. Shocking in this day and age that you are judged on your voice. One extremely ****ed off customer.
