Telkom discontinued my line for no reason

My husband has been on the line with Telkom for the last hour. Absolute TERRIBLE SERVICE!! They cancelled our Wifi service for no reason. No notification. Account paid up to date. They have been putting us through to numerous consultants - no service!!! Dont ever subscribe to a telkom service
