Telkom Disconnected Service and VVM Attorneys

I have disconnected my service in October 2020 - now i get bill from Telkom saying I owe them money - The put some henchman collection company VVM attorneys on my case - i have now given them the Telkom cancellation order, and these dudes are just as useless telling me i should close it with Telkom - the staff at VVM just passes the buck.
