Telkom disconnect my line instead of moving it

<p>I moved 3 months ago and requested my lines to be moved both prepaid and ADSL there had been several telkom tech guys at my home to work on my line that keeps on disconnecting because they kept on messing up the connection and every time I went to a Telkom office or called in I was advised that it is still in progress my lines are disconnected at the old address it needs to be installed at my new address every time a telkom guy came by i ask if it is my prepaid they say it is a different job number the ADSL was successfully installed however the prepaid was not so lucky we made payment at a pick n pay the Telkom consultant says that there is no such the line is ceased and there is nothing they can do they don't provide prepaid anymore, I don't have the receipt as it was moths ago that we paid for the transfer, as a loyal and trusted client i feel that I am not treated farely you take my money and yet i am begging for service i had my line for more then 6 years and several contracts today i spoke to a consultant at your telkom office and he was rolling his eyes more then helped me i want my prepaid back Give me what I paid for</p>
