Telkom disaster service

Took a contract with Telkom mid August and was told that if I need to upgrade that will not be a problem, now I am trying to upgrade and being told I need to wait for three months

Not to mention that the consultants have been rude and taking me from pillar to post. The app that they keep sending customers to is not even working to begin with so you can’t even track usage, useless

Don’t let the prices fool you to take the contract rather pay an amount knowing very well the service will uphold the standard. I am so irritated at the service and this is just the first month
