Telkom disaster

I havent been able to use my wifi at home for about three weeks due to a technical fault, contacted Telkom to send a technician which they agree to do. I made a follow up call a week later and they never lodged the job card. I phoned today and they still haven't attended to my problem and come up with an excuse everytime.
