Telkom Disappoints Yet Again

<p>I am absolutely disappointed with the poor service I've received from Telkom over the past two or so weeks. My ADSL line recently stated acting up and while I understand that things do break from time to time, I cannot however understand that it's still broken after logging about 5 faults and having two technicians at my premisis.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never experienced incompetence of this kind. Never.</p> <p> </p> <p>The call centre staff was great, but the technicians....First tech blames the POTS filter. Second blames the ISPs. Both wrong, and still the same problem. It's like they don't give a damn. If a client complains about the same problem +-5 times, surely something must be wrong? </p> <p> </p> <p>If you can, avoid Telkom. </p>
