Telkom disappointment after so many years of dealing with them

I went to Telkom Southgate to enquire if a sim card was registered and to supply me with a list of their service providers. Telkom consults and manager were just useless. They could not supply me with a list of their service providers, the answer was sorry unable to help you!!! we understand your frustration, but we have a list.
