Telkom disappointing service

It is totally disapointing and unacceptable that you cannot do a sim swap with telkom. I live 400km from the nearest telkom shop and they expect me to go into a shop for a sim swap. Why.... all the other service providers are easy and you can do it at home.... not to speak of their rude unhelpfull staff when you call a store
