Telkom disappointing service

Telkom service is rediculous and there is no one available to help. I tried calling several times but I cannot get through I tried to use the chat service on the app I keep getting disconnected. I took out a 10Gig top up contract.. To whi h I get 10gig on the first.. Yesterday the 3rd I turnd my router on whi h I couldn't use because the internet connection was terrible so I whiched it off.. Today when I witch it on I get a notification I have 5gig remaining which is highly impossible. I spend 1gig a week on prepaid I do not download and I use the office wifi during the day I monitor my spending. So it is highl impossible that I had anything running. To add to that each time when I call telkom to get my spend breakdown I never receive the email.I am disappointed with the service
