Telkom Disappearing/ Unused Customer Data

I have been experiencing issues with Telkom for the past 4 or so months, where when we approach month end they have a way of utilising my contract data and then I am expected to top up until the month ends. Calls have been made but they all fail on deaf ears and none of their agents willing to listen all they do is shove what they ‘see’ on the system down your throat. Today I spoke to an agent by the name of Thabisa very rude and dropped the call on me. Thereafter it took an hour for me to get assistance from their Team Leader Mashilo Mohale who also failed to assist because he was trying to protect his bread and butter. I am down with Telkom and would NEVER recommend anyone to take a data contract with them. They are a bunch of skelems who do not know or understand customer service.
