Telkom disappearing data

I'm so disappointed with what happened to my data this month. I bought a total of 115gigs of data that I personally don't know what happened to the data. I have never used up so much data. When I call customer service they don't know what happened. Or what's happening to my data. I bought 25 gigs on the 26 and by the 28th it was depleted. I want Telkom to tell me what happened to my data.
