Telkom directory service

Telkom directory service is a nightmare, this is the third month that I'm being charged R885 which I'm not contracted for. Every month I call Telkom they tell me that Trudon is the only company that can be able to sort out my billing issues. All of trudon numbers are not going through, emails are not being responded to and the only thing that Telkom is able to do is to give me Trudons number. I don't have a relationship with Trudon but with Telkom and my service provider, Telkom, says if I don't pay the incorrectly billed R885, they will suspend my account, even if I cancel my Telkom account, ill still be liable to pay the rest of the subscription for the contracepted period!!! What contracted period because I didn't sign any contract???? Really Telkom, this is so wrong in so many way. After 15years of being a loyal customer, this is the thank you i Get. Shame on you TElkom!!!
