Telkom directors should hang their heads in shame

Telkom is living proof that customer service has very little to do with any business making a success or not. I spoke with three Telkom ladies today - the first two of which are not in the least interested in their jobs (a common problem when people are employed because of BEE instead of s****s). The second lady with the name Nandipha Qilingele wont work for me for 1 minute as she has zero interest in assisting. There is only one person more dumb than her - the person that employed her. Good God - she should be cleaning toilets or something similar as she doesn't have the foggiest idea of assisting clients with a Fibre technical question. Telkom WILL pay the price for all their BEE incompetence which will sooner or later totally destroy the company. I am looking forward to that day.
