Telkom directors

internet is so slow after logging fault (4 days ago) and technician came out(today) just to send the fault to another department. I am paying for a 4 mbps line and i am receiving 0.17 , 0.25, 0.32....... no one is willing to sort this out . Telkom is quick to take ones money but not quick to solve the issue............
