Telkom Direct Store in Kenilworth Centre

<p>Very *********** staff and absolutely appalling level of service with zero level of professionalism. When the staff realises that they don’t know how to fix what you came it for (even for small, uncomplicated queries) they tell you it cannot be done, blame their other stores for sending you to their store and then they all look down at their feet to avoid eye contact, in the hope that you go away. I would rather not use a Telkom product than to ever have to go into this store again. They are grossly inept as well as completely apathetic and unwilling to help.</p>
