Telkom Direct shop does not know how to pick up a phone. Picking up a phone for dummies book required!!!!!

<p>Firstly I only get my account balance at around the 8th of the month. I usually pay according to that, This month I recieved that sms late because of phone issues. Now my account has been suspended and I am trying to contact them for proof of payment to open up my business line but these guys do not know how to pickup a phone.... I usually speak to a very nice lady at the Springs shop ( Martie I think) and she helps me with ease,but the orignal number does not work anymore and when using the new number there is simply no answer.....tried phoning Boksburg and Carnival mall and again surpise , surprise....no answer.....I am fed up with these guys.</p>
