Telkom Direct Shop

I have only had good service from Telkom. My only issue is been cut off as person takes my call. I am sure this is a system problem which can be fixed. My main issue is please, please Telkom can we have a Telkom Direct Shop in Margate or Shelly Beach, Kzn. The satellite shop we have in Shelly Beach does not deal with adsl modems. I think there is a big call for this service now in Margate and surrounding areas. There are always ques waiting to be attended to in Shelly Beach. Our closest Telkom Direct Shop is in Amanzimtoti (1 hrs drive one way) only to get there and be told they have no stock. Please Telkom we desperately need a Telkom Direct Shop in Shelly Beach NOT a satellite shop. Many thanks Dawn
