telkom direct not picking up phone

I've been trying to contact Telkom Direct(Mobile) Ground shop 76 for 30 minutes straight without anyone answering the call. when ever I try calling it rings all the time and it's especially when you would like to query something small as a repair. I have two contacts with them and just to get in touch with them shouldn't be a mission like this.<br> <br> Really really disappointed.
