Telkom Direct - No customer service!

Telkom's customer services are definitely not up to standards in the highly competitive mobile market. Upgraded two weeks ago and still waiting for my device - stock to be delivered to the Telkom Shop in Menlyn. No feedback or progress to alert us to supplier problems or advise us of expected time frames. Probably in another two weeks...or more... Just don't care?
