TELKOM DIRECT NEWCASTLE, KZN is USELESS!

Telkom Newcastle (KZN) is so useless. Initially, one cannot contact them on their contact number listed on google - ***, secondly; they this location listed on google: 26 Victoria Rd Shop 24, Checkers Centre, Amajuba Mall, Hutten Heights, Newcastle, 2956...guess what, you get there and there is no Telkom Direct store in that mall. When you finally locate them around Newcastle and ask what their contact number is, you will be told that the number is not working, end of story. This is so embarrassing for a brand so big. Mind you, the Telkom Direct store is used by people from 50km away, you have to travel there because you cannot contact them, all to find out that the product you are looking for is unavailable. Whoever is the Store Manager/Regional Manager is not doing his/her job well.
