Telkom Direct N1 City - bunch of ****s and *******

They are pathetic... I took out cell phone contract in September 2022 and the screen of the phone damaged in March 2023. Took the phone to the store on 1 April and were advised that it would take 21 business days for the phone to be repaired. Also, were advised that I will receive an sms to be advised of the access fee within the 21 business day, whereby I can accept and should I accept they will fix the phone.

Today is 06 July. Still no phone. Still no sms... Nothing.

I went to the store on many occasions and all they said was that I need to wait for the access sms.

Today I just had it and went to the store again.... To my surprise when the consultant checked the system, it showed that they sent me the access sms on 14 April.

Why the hell will I pay for a phone for 3 months, wait for the access sms for 3 months, go to the store on numerous occasions after 14 April where they checked the system and informed me that they have not received any access sms on the system yet......

Such a bunch of ****s and *******...

I am waiting on a manager to get back to me now... We will see if that will happen...
