Telkom Direct Menlyn

I Upgraded in the paat week. Before i upgraded i asked the Virginia if thr A55 is better than the A73. She said yes. I also wanted a better camera.

So i went for the A55. In the couple of days i have had it i is not better at all. The camera takes worse pictures than my old phone.

I went there today to ask if i can upgrade or rather have the S24 (which would mean a bigger contract foe telkom). Virgina said no. Manager said no. And then came Billy which was allready irritated before meeting me. He did not even give me chance to explain myself. He had a very aggresive attitude towards me. Almost as if he hated me, or that is what i felt. He simply said; "Bottom line we are not taking the phone back, we are done with this conversation".

This could have been hanlded very differently.

If i had the option of leaving telkom i would because of this branch manager.
