Telkom direct Clearwater. On Tuesday I went there to do a sim swap and I spent hours there with no assistant. They needed proof of residence so I said I will email it. The guy said I must email it but he has no access to his emails. He didn't refer me to another consultant I waited 2hours I finally decided to go print it out. When I came back he referred me to another consultant who refused to assist because he was busy with a query. I understood that he then fetched another consultant who helped. I spent so many hours for something that takes 10 minutes to do. I'm greatful to the lady that assisted me.
