Telkom Direct Century City

Im so dissapointed and dismayed at the level of incompetence from such a big and well known company. I went to the Telkom Direct store 3 weeks ago to get a cellphone contact. I was promised that the phones would be delivered the follow week from head office, a week later no communication and no phone. I had to go personally to the store because they don't have a working phone for incoming call. As a business that does makes sense that customers can't contact the store. Iv been to the store multiple times and no answers, they keep say that my original customer service person will call me but never does Iv spoken to different customer service people and no one is able to assist, they keep saying the initial consultant will call me. This kind of service is below par. I even spoke to the manager who was just as unhelpful. This is ridiculous and frustrating. Good communication should be a priority of any business. My experience has been so disappointing.
