Telkom Direct Century Best Store

<p>I am so impressed with the amazing Telkom Direct store in Century City(by Clicks) .After the worst service at the other store in Century City next to Pick n Pay, Aalia assured she will get me my gold Huawei p9 and just one day after the horrific experience at the other branch she called me yesterday to Pick up the phone . She was once again welcoming ,friendly,down to earth and helped me set up my phone . While she assisted me I noticed that this store staff is some of the nicest staff in retail . While Aalia was helping me a guy who I thinks name is Cory or Connor, was really nice and helpful too as well as a blonde lady . All I can say Telkom you have the right recipe in that store and you should try to duplicate that environment . All the best to the Telkom Direct Store Century City(by Clicks) . I advise anyone looking for any Telkom products go visit Aalia and the team you wong regret it , it's worth the wait . You might get quicker service at the branch at Pick n Pay because the Telkom Direct Store Century City(by Clicks) is busy but if you want proper service and get things done correct the first time it's worth the wait. </p>
