Telkom Direct branch Kolonnade...not answering their telkom land lines

<p>Good day</p> <p>i have been trying to get hold of this branch since yesterday morning.</p> <p>the phone is just ringing, with a automatic voicenote saying they are busy with "walk in's"from 07h00 untill 20h00 every single minute???</p> <p>Please just answer your phones, i take it thats the reason for a telephone in the branch?!?!?</p> <p>I just need info on their stock. My branch is in Doornpoort, so they are the nearest shop located to us. We need a new headset.
