Telkom Direct bad service!

Took out a contract for 2 phones and the handsets are not compatible with our equipment on the farm, they do not wat to exchange it for different handsets after 3 months of phonecalls and emails they want us to install dodgey applications in order for the phones to run our applications. Very very bad service! Who can I phone to get some help?
