Telkom Direct absolutely inefficient staff

I am extremely appalled with the service received from Telkom direct at Gateway, Umhlanga. Staff whom show no interest in assisting or even doing there jobs for that matter. The queue could be going around the store but staff are uninterested. The new system of receiving a number makes zero sense as well as makes the entire experience more tedious. If you think you will enter the Telkom Direct store at Gateway and will be greeted with friendly staff, your experience will be quick and simple then you are in for a disappointing awakening .... Terrible service
