Telkom dilapidated infrastructure

Although I don't own any Telkom product, I have their infrastructure on my property. Unless you have a Telkom landline, there is no place to report failing infrastructure. Telephone/ADSL overhead cables are almost hanging on the ground from pole to pole. Be assured, it won't be long before it is ****** and in a s****yard.
