Telkom difficulty in getting sim swap

The worst ever. I lost my ID and only has an expired temporary idfornowsince itsdifficult to get one due to queues. Now i cant sim swap and get my old sim card simply because of that yet i havea cobtract with them and thet can easily use finger Identiffication. Absolute chaos i regret porting to Telkom. #WIN
