Telkom Did not respond to online application

<p>I app**** for a "Deal of the month" in July. The application went through online. I called Telkom to check if they have received the application but the consultant said that I must wait and he cannot tell me if they received the application or not.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date, Telkom has not informed me if my application has been approved or not. I have never been declined by anyone before.</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor Service </p>
