Telkom did not meet their end of th deal

<p>On 30 December 2016 i went to a telkom store in menlyn where the consultant told me about the deal they were having for a Huawei Media Pad 10' + FREE COVER. i took the deal. However the consultant advised that there had run out of covers and she will contact me in the next week to collect the cover. Four MONTHS LATER i am still waiting on my cover.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been to the store several times and i am always told that they do not have covers yet. I have even sent a mail to the complaints department and to date i have not recieved a reply.</p> <p>I am disqusted by this!!!! what is even worse is that my tablet screen has been damaged. SOMETHING I FEEL WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF I HAD MY COVER IN THE FISRT PLACE. all they do is take my money and do not have the decency to even call back.</p> <p>Repairing my screen is now an additional cost i have to bear on top of telkom taking my money while they cheated on me. I also have been wasting petrol going to the store to check if they have covers and nothing yet.</p> <p>The last time i was at the store, to my surprise a new client is getting the very same deal and GUESS WHAT. SHE GETS A COVER. So I told the consultant that i have been waiting since last year, her response was "oh sorry that was the last cover". I THOUGHT I WILL BE THE FIRST PERSON TO BE CALLED TO GET MY COVER.</p> <p>THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! i have been patient enough.</p>
