We open a mobile contract with Telkom in mid January 2017 and the installment is 716.00 . Based on on the agreement the installment suppose to go off in February month 2017 for some reason Telkom capture the debit order on the 05th instead of the last day of the month so far they manage to debit 6100 which cover 8 months but they listed is on credit bureau that they never received any payment even today so I tried to contact no one is resolving the matter
