Telkom did me dirt.

I had a contract with Telkom which ended last year March.. I settled it and they gave me a paid up letter or rather a proof to show that I'm closing the account.. Boom a year later, when I now check on my Clear Score account, it says I'm owing and I have missed payments.. I called Telkom, they confirmed that the account is active and owing.. When I asked how cos I have a proof that I closed the account.. They told me to pay that money or it will add the interest.. I'm so shattered and heartbroken with Telkom.. So we not allowed to close the accounts when we no longer wants them, cos they automatically activate the account without our knowledge.. I will never recommend Telkom even to my worst enemy.
