Telkom Dictatorship!

Dear Telkom Mobile Team I have been a Telkom Mobile customer for few years. Every single month I purchase a Telkom Free me bundle. I just discovered without any prior knowledge Telkom has changed these bundles ridiculously. It is now much more expensive and it decreased its offering in terms of value. They do not have the 20GB bundle for R599 any more. Not so long ago the same bundle was R499. 25% increase! Their value inputs in their bundles is not the same anymore. Please your reasons to these changes and why as a loyal customer I did not receive any communications in this regard
