Telkom device insurance is poor

I have put in a claim beginning of November only to get access fees of R1873 on the 12 December I paid same day. They have no communication I have been following up with them last week I was told I should receive my new parcel by last Friday and today I am told I should wait for January not even specifying the expected date their insurance is poor having to wait for two months on a claim and 2 weeks after access fee ( which is also high) has been paid
