I started the process of claiming for the device (cellphone) around September 2024 even today i have not yet been assisted they keep on sending auto messages when i do follow ups. I am being asked of providing same information for almost 10 times and still my c,laim has not yet been done even today. But on a monthly basis they're debiting for a device that i am not using. Telkom device is a ****, i would not advice anyone to use them!
