Telkom device insurance demanding monthly payment for the lost and canceled policy.

Telkom is demanding payment of the device insurance that reported as missing in July 2025. On the 7th of September 2025 my rejected and canceled by them. And now they are demanding premium for September, October moving forward. The was reported missing in July, in September the claim was rejected and policy got canceled but they continued demanding insurance premium for the lost and canceled policy. I feel like I am being bul**** and victimized by Telkom insurance company
