Telkom Device Insurance

Telkom has the worst device insurance. Their consultants, the pits. Most of my encounters with them, is them always capturing my information incorrectly. They stipulated a SLA but does not adhere to it. I submitted a claim close to a month ago and they said it would take 7 to 14 working days to process. Everytime I call to follow up I get the same scripted reason why my claim is still being processed. It has been the worst experience I had with them since the beginning of me taking out insurance with them. They are quick to take money from you but when it's their turn to deliver, it's always excuses. It is always frustrating dealing with them.
