Telkom device insurance

Yoh Telkom device insurance is the pits! I logged my claim on the 13th of November 2024, today the 10th of December 2024 I am still waiting for feedback. How can a mere cellphone claim take a month to process. Mind you, on the 25th of November they debited money from me,but I'm not enjoying the benefits of having a device insurance. Really your service is pathetic. I regret the day I did business with them.
