Telkom device complaint

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint against TELKOM.

I recently upgraded with from and a P20 lite to a P40 lite. It was upon this upgrade that I found that google android was not compatible with the P40 lite. Therefore, considering my line of work I cannot operate without using google android, asked for a brand exchange and Telkom refused. I believe I am within my 14 days to make changes to my contract.

Can you please assist with this matter I really need to change this phone brand as I am sitting with a redundant phone.
