Telkom deteriorating

Telkom line not working for 3 weeks unable to report fault as your fault database log query also not working. Not sure why we being charged for service. Services are deteriorating Telkom lacks business moral scruple and ethics.

Stop asking me for surveys yet line is not working and no one can help. As the whole network and infrastructure collapsed. Unable to log and report a fault.
