TELKOM DESTROYING SMALL BUSINESS
Reported a fault Tue 8th March 2016 - was promised a turnaround time of 24-72 hours to have fault repaired. Have called in at least 30 times and fault been escalated. Promises by managers to call me back on mobile BUT obviously poor integrity so no responses. TELKOM HAVE NOT EVEN ASSIGNED A TECHNICIAN.
