Telkom despicable customer service

Took out fibre package in May 2025 and have had endless connectivity issues since the start. We bought WiFi extenders hoping things would improve without luck. We reach out to the call centre at least three times a week and without fail treated with disdain. Yesterday a technician was eventually dispatched to ‘fix’ the issues but lo and behold by evening things had become worse. We reached out yet again to the call centre for the umpteenth time without luck. Zero professionalism, absolutely disgusting service! We are cutting our losses and in the process of cancelling the contract. Never again Telkom!
