Telkom deserve a "-ve" star rating ! Pathetic service

<p>It has been since 12 April, since issue number ***7 was logged and still nothing has been done with no correspondence coming from these people. And still I have to pay R700 per month, for the last 4 months, for a LTE download speed of under 5Mb per second. The following people Candice Malendisa , Darryl Sylvester, Samantha Pearce, Mosidi Mokgalo, Wynand De Kock ALL working at HELL-KOM have been asked to fix this !! Candice comes back saying that the issue takes up to 21 working days ! ! Hello HELLKOM.......this has been open since 12 April 2016 already! </p>
