TELKOM DEPLETING DATA

I have 2 Telkom contracts 1 is a mobile contract comes with 1gig data. This dala lsst for 5 days and it's depleted. The second one is for wifi with 10 gig data it lasts for 7 days and it's depleted. When I try to inquire you hold for 1 to 2 hours to get a consultant to help. Once they answer I don't get a straight answer on why my data is depleting so fast. Today it's the 14th I must buy data to cover the 16 days left to month end. And the network saga is priceless.
