Telkom ***** department do not do their jobs

On the 27th of May telkom was running a special on their data plan I enquiry about it online and was quoted and I qualified for their monthly to monthly deal.before they can send me the Sim card I called in and canceled as I sow this was going to be more expenses on myself.the lady I spoke canceled and send me an sms,but their kept billing my account and said the Sim card was delivered with a mobicell phone .I never received anything .regardless of the communication and affidavit required nothing was done from telkom now this appears on my credit score bad service and theif working for telkom the person I send documents to was sphiwe mzobe still have the email and the affidavit that they requested but still even today they haven't closed the account
